Sorry, Dr Mercola, I can't blame you for removing my other comment, it was not very productive. So here I go again, on a positive note.
My grandmother was the most productive person I've known. She lived to be 100 yrs old. She was very health food conscious. She had an unconditional love for ALL people, and spent a great deal of time doing things for the community. If she had it in her hand to give , she gave it. She lead a very simple, quiet life,  focused on one thing at a time, never hurried or worried about anything. She talked to god in her heart and was as christ like as humanly possible. She did not allow me to have sugar, it gummed up your mind, and made you unproductive. I received a stern talking to if I ever said anything bad about anyone, followed by "bad wishes, fall in your own dishes". So as far as  I can tell having a clear conscience before all men leaves you freed up for a much more productive life.

Take your shoes and socks off, walk outside barefoot, on gravel, Its probably going to hurt some, but the more you do it the better you'll feel, because it breaks up plaque on your pressure points. The better you feel the more productive you are.

Moms have a hard time finding time for themselves. Often times feeling foggy headed and unproductive. Get dad, the grandparents, or the teenager next door to watch the kids. Barter time with other mothers, whatever you have to do to find time to yourself. AND DON'T FEEL GUILTY ABOUT IT!

Smile at someone you don't know.

Give hugs, lots of them!

Do something nice for someone unconditionally.

Don't let anyone dictate to you what level of productivity you should have.

I'm not sure if that razor actually means the 'correct' answer as much as a possiblity of being the best answer.

Correct, and why, "invariably" and "or" are in the statement/quote.

PHILIPPIANS 3:2 "Beware of dogs, beware of of evil workers, beware of the concision." (the simplest answer is not "always" the correct one.)
