Most
people use only about 3 percent of the available power of Google, and the techno-aficionado
in me could not resist this cool article by LifeHack.org that reveals a bunch
of its hidden power tools.
It includes tips like how to turn Google into a calculator,
get movie reviews, the local weather and stock quotes.
Not to mention how to tap into information you'd never find
on English-speaking sites by using the translation tool. There's a whole other
world out there, and other countries often report and discuss topics you don't
hear about here in the United States -- Google can open it up for you.
Since I'm always on the lookout for tools that can make my workflow
more efficient and reduce
wasted time, the Google Notebook is a really cool find. This application
allows you to organize online research in a snap. For even more tools to increase
your daily efficiency, also see The
Secrets of How to Get Things Done Quickly & Easily.
