Craft Your Life Effectiveness Scientifically

I don’t expect you’ll be drinking mystery potions or hooking yourself up to a car battery anytime soon. But conducting personal experiments are probably the best way to find answers. By actually testing (instead of assuming) your habits, beliefs, methods and systems you can make real improvements.

I think that we should daily," put to the test" information that we are presented as truthful in order to discover whether or not we can apply "said truth" to our own lives.  I believe that most of us here at Vital Votes are on a truth-seeking quest for real answers to healing.  I have uncovered more real help here than from any other source. We can do our own experiments at home using some of the excellent advice we receive. Something that works for one individual may not work for another, but we can all learn from the shared experiences.

Agreed, PepperR23.  I subscribe to a ton of health newsletters written by doctors, e-mail updates, etc.

I get more useful information here.

I learn the most from people-experience is something that cannot be passed on in a general newsletter to the public.

Know what?  I always listen to my body; I know what works with me, and doesn't.
I had a shot of Depo-Provera given to me on June 26th, and I have experienced; higher body temperature, higher resting heart rate, fatigue, and the list goes on.  So I called Pfizer's supposedly, "help hotline" .  (I am a masochist I guess to even speak to these fish-heads)  The woman was vague and said that "this was my imagination"....  can you believe it???!!!!!!!
So here is what I say in reference to this article: many companies make money from people NOT taking charge of their bodies.  That is, they prefer-- YOU:  OUR science experiment.

They don't want to believe the side effects people report.  You can be sure your complaints didn't get logged in anywhere, or at least not anywhere official.

At least 80% of docs don't report side effects patients tell them of.  Docs tend to write it off, or believe their time is too important to go thru the process of having to report these things.

Bottom line, you have to trust yourself & do as little conventional medicine as possible.  Conventional medicine DOES NOT equate healthcare.

Samurai, take good care of yourself.  (I had another type of synthetic progesterone that made me sick as a dog and took me 6 months to get over.  I am very sensitive to hormones, though.)

Is there another option besides the shot for you?
