Not only is type 2 diabetes completely preventable, but it is virtually curable for anyone who is willing to put in the hard time and work and recovering their insulin and leptin sensitivity.

You can go to my diabetes resource page for even more information on how to prevent, control, and treat this potentially deadly disease.

What is really appalling is that mainstream medicine still does not want to acknowlege the simple fact that T2 diabetes is almost 100% curable, w/out drugs, for those who wants to put in the GOOD WORK(i don't think it's HARD WORK when you're doing something positive for your life and for others)....

Having said that sadly some people would rather die than to give up bread, potatoes, cereal, rice, pasta. I know my oldest brother is one and i don't know how many times i mention this to him, to no avail......He still loves his potatoes and bread and won't let it up, 3 meals a day..This not only makes me mad but really sad since he acknowledges the fact but won't even try, instead he would reach for him insulin needle......

Yes it's not easy to move away from the grains because sugar is one of the most addictive substance in the planet, however tools like EFT can greatly help, but again, you really, really have to want to do it. Think of your kids, brothers ,sisters, other family members and close friends, think of people you know whose got diabetes and those who have lost the battle to this dreaded disease, use this as a visual from time to time and hopefully this would be of some help to kick the habit.. From time to time when i'm in the dumps and i think i got it really hard, i think of the people in the hospitals who can't even walk ,or who are suffering from some incurable disease and then i think of how lucky i am to just be alive. This helps to renew my perspective on life and are always able to move onwards......

Diabetes run rampant on the male side of my family, i'm the only one in 5 boys that don't have it, so for me this is a life long battle to keep this away and hopefully i got enough ammo to do this. Special thanks to the internet,mercola.com and everyone that participates, together we can make a difference slowly but surely......Condolences to the good doctor......

Most people I told about insulin would rather die early than give up those foods and sweets.
But some do listen and follow!
